Sleep affects how we eat, and what we eat influences how well we can learn. What we learn affects how we perform in our careers, and how we perform at work affects our finances.

I am a mindbodygreen™ Health and Wellness Coach & candidate for Buddhist Chaplaincy with a background in Silicon Valley engineering leadership and a deep understanding of burnout, chronic health challenges, and personal transformation. My journey to reclaim my health led me to explore functional nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, and Buddhist philosophy, allowing me to overcome autoimmune issues, depression, and metabolic syndrome.

Step 1: Discovery Call

We'll connect over a 30-minute video call to discuss your goals and explore how coaching can help you achieve them. During this session, we’ll discuss your challenges, aspirations, and vision for the future, allowing us to determine how I can best support you on your journey.

Step 2: Explore your vision and goals

In our first coaching session, we’ll work with proven assessments and tools to get understand where you are, what you need, and how your values align with how to get there. Together, we’ll clarify your priorities and set meaningful, achievable goals tailored to your unique journey.

Step 3: Create your Life Narrative and plan

Through my Life Narrative service, we’ll uncover the story of who you are and who you’re becoming. This empowering process lays the foundation for a custom, actionable plan that aligns with your values and propels you toward your ideal future.

Step 4: Implementing your vision with support

With ongoing support, coaching sessions, and accountability, you’ll implement your plan, overcome challenges, and celebrate milestones as you create lasting change and fulfillment. I'll be there to support you through it all.
